2025 T-Mobile Home Run Derby is a Hit

It was a great turnout for the 2025 T-Mobile Little League Home Run Derby Majors Divsion. We had 32 hitters slug it out on Jack Agnew Field. The weather was hot and the balls were flying. We had 21 hitters hit at least 1 over the 170' mark. We had some major power displays as we widdled the field down to our top 5 hitters for round 3. Ultimately, Liam Brooks showed his consistency throughout rounds 1 through 3 totaling 31 dingers to take the crown. In a close second was Cole Starke with 29 homeruns. Rounding out the top 5 were Matthew Bogart with 21, Declan McLaughlin - 20, and Jaxon Swarter with 20. Scores will be submitted to T-Mobile in hopes of our winner advancing to regional competition. We will find out later this month, if Liam Brooks qualifies to move on. This Thursday, June 5th the Minor A Division will have their HR Derby for 9-11 yr old players on Jack Agnew Field at 6 PM. Volunteers are needed for registration, shagging balls, organizing the hitters, concession stand and more. Please check the sign up genius for what is needed.
