Pike Creek Little League Registration for RETURNING Players
If your family played for Midway Little League or Capitol Little League last year, you are automatically eligible to play for Pike Creek Little League this year. You will still need to provide the standard proofs of residency UNLESS you meet one of the following criteria:
- If your child has a Tournament Player Verification form on file, then you DO NOT have to provide any additional proofs. In this case, all proofs have already been verified by the district, with signatures, during one of the following:
- 10 yo District Tournament
- 11/12 yo District Tournament
- 13/14 yo District Tournament
- 15/16 yo District Tournament
- If your child has a school enrollment waiver on file, then you DO NOT have to provide additional proofs, as long as they are still enrolled at that school. If they switched to a different school within MidCap's boundaries, then you will need to fill out a school enrollment waiver for the new school.
- If your family moved outside Pike Creek Little League's boundaries AND your child is enrolled in a school outside Pike Creek Little League's boundaries, then they may continue to play for Pike Creek Little League using Little League Waiver II(d). As long as we have your previous elgibility documents on file, you DO NOT have to provide any additional proofs.
If your child makes a "district" all-star team for the FIRST time this year, an original birth certificate WILL BE REQUIRED in order for us to have the affidavits approved by the district. Don't worry, it will be returned to you. Those players who have a Tournament Player Verification form on file will not have to provide an original birth certificate.

To register, you will need to create an account for this website, if you do not already have one. While you are setting up your account, you will be asked to create profiles for each player in your family. The birth dates in the player profiles will be used to determine which divisions you may sign up for.
Near the end of the registration wizard, you will be asked to upload documents that provide proof of player eligibility (residency, school, birth certificate, etc.). This is not required to complete the registration wizard. However, if you do not upload them, it will be your responsibility to provide these documents at a later date, either in person or via email. There will be a couple of document drop off days during which you may hand-deliver documents, or you may email them to our Player Agent ([email protected]).
Failure to provide these documents will prevent your child from being eligible for all-star tournaments. If your child makes a "district" all-star team, an original birth certificate will be required in order for us to have the affidavits approved by the district. Don't worry, it will be returned to you.
Don't forget to read our Parent Code of Conduct.
